Brad Shelton, executive vice provost for academic operations, will provide an overview of the new academic resource allocation system, including the Institutional Hiring Plan, the newly adopted operational metrics and local efforts to develop research and scholarly measures of excellence. There will be plenty of time for questions.

Unit heads, managers, and assistant, associate, and divisional deans are encouraged to attend this meeting.
