The University of Oregon Libraries provides access to 2.6 million volumes, including 15,000 electronic and print journals, databases, music, maps, and a range of media resources. Branch libraries include Architecture and Allied Arts, Science, Math, Law, and Oregon Institute of Marine Biology. 

Subject specialists provide on site and online reference and research services and assist faculty in integrating information resources into courses and websites. 

The library offers a range of instructional services, including online credit courses in library research, workshops focused on information technology, and presentations tailored for specific disciplines and courses http://libweb.uoregon.edu/instruct/

Resources not owned by the UO are available through interlibrary loan. http://summit.orbiscascade.org/ provides 48 hour delivery of books from 33 libraries in the Pacific Northwest. 

The library offers print and electronic reserve services. 

Library subject specialists work with faculty to purchase new resources for the collections. 

Scholars Bank (https://scholarsbank.uoregon.edu/) is an open access digital archive for faculty to deposit research and publications in digital form, including preprints, technical reports, working papers, presentations, data sets, and more.

Faculty carrels can be reserved for the term in Knight Library.
