January 17, 2018

10:00-11:30 AM

Knight Library – Browsing Room

In climate of heightened political tensions, increased complaints about faculty and student classroom behaviors, and real vulnerabilities for some members of our community, strong tools are required to help instructors navigate these complicated waters. This session will address classroom management issues, setting and reinforcing expectations for how classes will be conducted, and how a network of university offices can support teaching and learning.

This workshop is hosted by the Office of the Provost and Academic Affairs, United Academics, the Teaching Engagement Program, and DEI’s Center on Diversity and Community

Faculty members are encouraged to attend.

Please register no later than Jan. 15.
