Join Human Resources and the Office of the Provost for an update on the workflow of TTF hiring for search year 2018-19. We'll cover the cycle from MyTrack to offer letter, inlcuding:
- Starting searches in MyTrack
- Meeting requirements for Active Recruitment Plans
- Working with other academic recruitment systems such as AJO in conjunction with MyTrack
- New touchpoints for review of candidate pools
- Utilizing search committee resources and functionality
- Moving candidates through the recruitment process
- Submitting contingent offers for approval through the term sheet process, and
- Completing offers and notices of appointment through MyTrack
This workshop is strongly recommended for all department managers and other staff involved in launching, supporting, and completing tenure-track faculty (TTF) searches this year.
